|1 cup||white sugar|
|1 cup||butter , soft , soft|
|1 tsp||Queen Vanilla Bean Paste|
|2 tsp||baking powder|
|3 cup||plain flour|
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Cream sugar, butter and Vanilla Bean Paste together, using an electric mixer.
Add the egg, flour, Baking Powder and water. Mix well until a dough forms.
Knead in to a ball and roll between two pieces of baking paper. Ensure your dough is between 6mm and 8mm thick.
Cut shapes and place on lined baking trays. Bake for 12-15mins until perfectly blonde (just before golden).
Wrap spare dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze and use as required.
