|Queen Food Colour Gels|
Remove Dr. Oetker Ready to Roll Icing from package and knead until soft and pliable - about 4 minutes. Roll into a ball and split in half.
Slightly flatten one ball of fondant. Add a few drops of desired Food Colour Gel - go slowly! You can add more colour if the shade isn't dark enough. Working from the outside in, work the colour through the fondant until it is evenly distributed.
Once the desired shade has been reached, roll both balls of fondant into long, even ropes. Twist the ropes together and give them a gentle squeeze, so that they stick together. Repeat this action until the two colours are thoroughly mixed in a marbled pattern.
Roll fondant out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Now your marbled fondant is ready to decorate with!
