Gently knead the white Ready to Roll Icing and use a rolling pin to roll out to about 3mm thick. Rolling the icing on baking paper will stop it sticking to your surface.
With the same cookie cutter you used to make your cookies, cut the fondant in the same shape. Allow the fondant to set for a minute or two to help it keep its shape when you place onto the cookie.
Use a drop of water on the end of your clean finger to dampen the back of the fondant shape. Place onto your cookie, then use your palm to smooth the fondant out.
Squeeze a small amount of Queen Food Colour Gels onto a plate. Paint your desired design onto the fondant with a very fine paintbrush. Allow to dry completely before serving.
